BACKORDER POLICY
If the product you have ordered is currently unavailable at any of our warehouse locations. This item may not have been available either when you ordered it originally or another customer's order placed ahead of yours may have depleted the available inventory. We apologize for this inconvenience. Many backordered items are restocked within 3 - 10 days. With that in mind, we will keep your order open and do our best to ship the item you ordered.

Continental US addresses are shipped out Standard Fedex Ground at no additional shipping cost.

Alaska and Hawaii are shipped out Fedex Economt service. (request that all items ship together to avoid additional shipping charges).

International addresses are charged full shipping charge (request that all items ship together to avoid additional shipping charges). If you would like to cancel your backorder, please send us an email at Cancel@greetings4golfers.com or call (800) 382-5773.

RETURN POLICY
Greetings4golfers.com provides a 15-day money back guarantee on all products and services purchased, except special order items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by phone at 520-795-1700 and we will immediately issue a Return Material Authorization Number. No restocking fee is charged if the items are returned in perfect condition. Any shipping charges accrued from greetings4golfers website transaction are none refundable unless the return is due to our error. The following terms must be met by you.

Return the merchandise to us within 15 days of your original receipt of the order.
You MUST call Tech. Support at 520-795-1700 M-F 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, PST for RMA Number.
The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
Carefully repackage and double-box the merchandise and clearly mark the RMA on the outside package.
You must include all packaging materials.
Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.
All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
We recommend items be shipped with a tracking number and appropriate insurance
Any programming MUST be reset back to factory default.
You must pay any return shipping expense
Software that has been opened is not returnable under any circumstances. All software is subject to license agreements or terms established by the software publisher. Be sure to read and agree to the license before using the software.

You are responsible for all freight charges. However, you will be credited all reasonable and customary freight charges relevant to that item if the wrong item was shipped. Please include the postal receipt in your return package.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 15 days of original delivery, we will issue credit to your charge account. You may elect to receive store credit towards another purchase or to simply receive a refund.

We will do our best to process the return quickly. Please allow 14-21 days for processing. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number, or by a store credit.

SHIPPING
FREE Fedex Ground Shipping for all Continental US addresses on all orders over $100.00. All orders placed on this website are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to greetings4golfers website shipping policies. All in stock items are usually shipped Same Day (*not including weekends and holidays). Orders placed before 2 pm PST, or 3 pm for Expedited orders (Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air) can usually be shipped the same day. Orders placed by internet or by phone receive the same priority handling.

All orders are F.O.B. our shipping facility. The risk of loss and title for ordered merchandise pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier and/or freight consolidator.

VENUE AND APPLICABLE LAW
