SHIPPING INFORMATION
All in stock items are usually shipped Same Day (*not including weekends and holidays). Orders placed before 1 pm PST, or 3 pm for Expedited orders (Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air) can usually be shipped the same day. Some oversized or overweight products may require additional shipping charges in which you well be notified before shipping.

BACKORDER POLICY
If the product you have ordered is currently unavailable at any of our warehouse locations. This item may not have been available either when you ordered it originally or another customer's order placed ahead of yours may have depleted the available inventory. We apologize for this inconvenience. Many backordered items are restocked within 3 - 14 days. With that in mind, we will keep your order open and do our best to ship the item you ordered. Continental US addresses are shipped out Standard Federal Express Ground at no additional shipping cost. Alaska and Hawaii are shipped out Fedex 2nd Day Air. (request that all items ship together to avoid additional shipping charges). International addresses are charged full shipping charge (request that all items ship together to avoid additional shipping charges). RETURNS
The greetings4golfers.com website provides a 14-day money back guarantee on all products and services purchased, except special order items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by phone at (800) 382-5773 and we will immediately issue a Return Authorization Number. No restocking fee is charged if the items are returned in perfect condition. Any shipping charges accrued from the greetings4golfers are nonrefundable unless the return is due to our error. The following terms must be met by you.

Return the merchandise to us within 14 days of your original receipt of the order.
You MUST call Tech. Support at (800) 382-5773 M-F 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM for RA Number.
The products must be returned in new, resalable condition.
Carefully repackage and double-box the merchandise and clearly mark the RA on the outside package
You must include all packaging materials.
Packaging materials must not be torn or damaged.
All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
We recommend items be shipped with a tracking number
Any programming MUST be reset back to factory default.
You must pay any return shipping expense.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 14 days of original delivery, we will issue credit to your charge account. You may elect to receive website credit towards another purchase or to simply receive a refund.

When applicable warranty repair or replacement is provided by the manufacturer. We will make every effort to assist you in securing your warranty rights/privileges are fufilled.
